Refund Policy

Deposit Amount
A booking deposit is required to secure your service date and time. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule at no cost.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will result in the deposit being forfeited, as time and resources have already been allocated.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once at no charge if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may be treated as a late cancellation.

Access & On-Site Issues
If our team attends the property and is unable to complete the service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed factors that materially affect the job, the deposit may be retained or partially refunded at our discretion.

Cancellations by Proper
If we need to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
